SDA application for a material change of use in the Bromelton State Development Area
Overview
You are invited to have your say on the SDA application for a material change of use for special industry (Bromelton Energy and Resource Centre) in the Bromelton State Development Area (SDA).
The SDA application is to construct and operate the Bromelton Energy and Resource Centre. The proposed operations involves four distinct components: a main energy from waste facility for waste processing, incinerator bottom ash processing and maturation facility, an air pollution control residue facility and a visitor and education centre. Ancillary infrastructure is also proposed to support the four components.
The subject land is located in the Special Industry Precinct of the Bromelton SDA on Lot 1 Beaudesert Boonah Road, Bromelton. The land is described as Lot 1 on RP45234.

A submission must meet the following criteria:
- be made to the Coordinator-General in writing or electronically
- be received on or before the last day of the consultation period
- be signed by each person who made the submission
- state the name and address of each person who made the submission
- state the grounds of the submission and the facts and circumstances relied on in support of the grounds.
